William Potter

Born and raised in the East Mountains of New Mexico, Will Potter comes from a legacy of service and dedication. His grandfather served as a United States Marine, and his father was a highly respected officer with the Albuquerque Police Department—an influence that ultimately inspired Will to follow in his footsteps.

A graduate of East Mountain High School with honors, Will committed to 4 Bros with Hoes, LLC from day one, earning his title as a founder and co-owner. Since its inception, he has played a hands-on role in job sites, bringing expertise and a relentless work ethic to every project.

In 2024, Will took his passion for service to the next level by joining the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, where he graduated at the top of his class. Though his primary commitment is to law enforcement, he remains dedicated to growing 4 Bros with Hoes, LLC, continuing to contribute whenever he can.

Beyond work, Will is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, fishing, boating, off-roading, and shooting, as well as working on cars as a self-taught mechanic all alongside his brother and business partner: Wyatt Potter. He is also happily engaged to his fiancée, Alivia.
